Convertique offers a 30-day refund window on every purchase. No surveys, no "tell us why you are leaving" form, no exit interview. Email with your order reference and the refund goes through.
Window
Refund requests must be sent within 30 calendar days of the original payment date. The window runs across the whole engagement, including production and delivery.
What gets refunded
If work has not started, the refund is the full amount paid. If work is underway or partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded, calculated against the milestone schedule in your kickoff email: completed milestones are earned, everything after them comes back. Because scopes are fixed and schedules are written, this calculation is mechanical rather than negotiable.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the original order reference (it is in your confirmation email). A short confirmation goes out within one business day. The refund is issued to the original payment method through the payment processor that handled the purchase.
How long it takes
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of the request. The payment processor usually returns the funds to the original payment method within a few days after that, but exact timing depends on the issuing bank or wallet. Bank holidays and weekends do not count.
What a refund means for the work
When a full refund is issued, the engagement ends and undelivered work is cancelled. For partial refunds, delivered milestones remain yours to use under the Terms; anything not yet delivered is cancelled.
Packs
Packs are refunded the same way: in full before work starts, or by the undelivered portion after that, with each service in the pack treated as a milestone on the pack schedule.
What is not refundable
Third-party costs the buyer approved in writing (ad spend already committed, platform fees, license purchases) cannot be returned, because the money has already left. Convertique’s own service fees are always refundable under the rules above.
What appears on the card statement
Purchases are billed by Moda Services Ltd, the company behind Convertique (registered in England and Wales, company number 17269758). If a charge from Moda Services Ltd looks unfamiliar, email [email protected] before contacting the bank. It is almost certainly a service order, and refunds are faster than disputes.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks bypass the refund flow and cost time on both sides. If something is wrong with an order, email first. Refunds happen quickly. Chargebacks issued without a prior email may result in the account being declined for future purchases.
