legal — the working terms

Terms of service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These terms cover buying services from Convertique, a productized advertising agency. Convertique is a trading name of Moda Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17269758) with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the rules below. The intent is to keep things fair and predictable, not to bury anyone in legal language.

1. What Convertique sells

Convertique sells fixed-scope advertising services: brand, digital, paid media, content, SEO and data, and strategy work. Each service page defines the scope, the deliverables, and the price before you pay. The scope on the page at the time of purchase is the scope that is delivered. Services are delivered digitally; nothing physical is shipped.

2. How an engagement runs

After payment clears, the buyer receives an order confirmation by email. Within one business day, a senior operator sends a kickoff email containing three short questions about the buyer’s goals and the delivery schedule. Work starts from the buyer’s answers and lands on the scheduled date. Every engagement includes one structured revision pass: one consolidated list of changes, returned within the agreed window.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate kickoff answers and any access, approvals, or materials the deliverable requires. If a deliverable needs ad spend, platform fees, or third-party licenses, that is flagged in the kickoff email before work starts, and those costs are always the buyer’s.

3. Payment

Prices are fixed, listed in USD, and payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Convertique does not see or store card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay details. Nothing renews: every purchase is a one-time payment for a defined deliverable. If the confirmation email does not arrive within 30 minutes of payment, contact [email protected].

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. If work has not started, the refund is full. If work is underway or delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded, calculated against the milestone schedule in the kickoff email. Details are in the Refund policy.

5. Ownership and acceptable use

On full payment, the delivered work becomes the buyer’s to use, adapt, and hand over to their own clients. Convertique retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, and know-how, and may reuse those freely. Convertique may reference the fact that the work was done, but will never publish confidential buyer materials, performance data, or strategy without written permission.

Buyers may not resell Convertique services as their own agency’s productized catalog, misrepresent the origin of the work, or use deliverables for anything unlawful. Buying on behalf of a client is welcome; the buyer simply remains our point of contact and our counterparty.

6. Support

Support is by email, in writing, from the operator running the project. During an active engagement, replies arrive within one business day, Monday to Friday, UK time. After delivery, reasonable questions about the delivered work are answered the same way inside the 30-day window.

7. Changes to these terms

Convertique may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active buyers at least 14 days before they take effect. Terms in force at the time of purchase continue to apply to that purchase.

8. Disclaimers

Services are delivered with professional care, but Convertique does not guarantee commercial outcomes: ad performance, rankings, revenue, or conversion rates depend on factors outside any one deliverable. Schedules assume timely kickoff answers from the buyer; delayed answers move the dates.

Convertique is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue arising from the use of delivered work. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Contact

Questions, complaints, anything: [email protected]. An operator reads every message.
