the working agreement
How a project runs
The entire engagement fits in one email thread and this page. Five beats, six standing rules, and no call to buy, ever.
What happens, and when
Five beats. Every one of them lands in your inbox, so the whole engagement is searchable later.
- same day
You pick a scope and pay
Every service page lists its scopes and what each one costs — two services have one scope, most have six, and each one states what it buys. You choose one and check out like any online purchase. No call to buy, ever.
- minutes later
Confirmation lands immediately
The moment payment clears, your order confirmation arrives by email: what you bought, what you paid, and what happens next. That email is your receipt and your reference for everything after.
- within 1 business day
Kickoff in writing, within one business day
A senior operator reviews the order and sends your kickoff email: three short questions about your goals, plus the delivery schedule with real dates. Your answers are the brief. If anything needs ad spend, platform access, or a third-party license, it is flagged here, before work starts.
- on schedule
Production runs async
Work happens on the schedule. You get written updates at the milestones in your kickoff email, and you can reply to your operator at any point. Calls happen only if you ask for one; the default is documented, searchable writing.

Delivery, one revision pass, 30-day cover
The deliverable lands on the scheduled date with a handover note. You get one structured revision pass: one consolidated list of changes, returned inside the agreed window. The 30-day refund window runs from the payment date across the whole engagement.

The standing rules
Fixed scope means fixed
The scope on the service page is the scope you get. Anything adjacent is a new purchase at the price already printed on its own page, never an invoice surprise. A program buys the period it names, then stops.
One revision pass
One consolidated round of changes is included on every engagement. It is structured: you send one list, we return one revised deliverable. Most projects never use a second.
One business day is the clock
Kickoff within one business day of payment. Replies within one business day during production. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not business days.
Writing over meetings
Everything that matters is written: the brief, the schedule, the updates, the handover. If you want a call, you get one. Nothing depends on having one.
Your deliverables are yours
On full payment, the delivered work is yours to use, adapt, and hand to your own clients. We keep our methods and templates; you keep the work.
The refund window is real
Thirty days from payment, per the refund policy. If work has not started, that is a full refund. If it has, the undelivered portion comes back. No exit interviews.
Countersigned
The catalog is the contract. Every scope, every deliverable, every price is public. Pick one and the clock starts inside one business day.
